
Rev. Dr. Beryl Dennis is a woman of faith, a cancer survivor, an advocate for family caregivers everywhere, an ordained minister of the Gospel, and an author. Her experience caring for her parents was a journey of love, compassion, and faith. It is in caring about the spiritual wellbeing of others that Dr. Dennis finds her purpose and deepest joy. Dr. Dennis has published a devotional, Caring for the Spirit of the Family Caregiver. Dr. Dennis is committed to the Gospel ministry. She preaches, teaches, and serves wherever there is a need to share the message of hope and redemption to all who seek salvation through Jesus Christ. Dr. Dennis engages with family caregivers at assisted living facilities, churches, and conferences.
Dr. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion from the University of Richmond, a Paralegal Certificate from Georgetown University, an MBA from Averett College, and a Master of Divinity Degree from Wesley Theological Seminary. She has a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from George Washington University and a Health Minister Certificate from the Heal the Sick Program, a faith and health certificate program at Wesley Theological Seminary. Dr. Dennis completed a research workshop at Duke University Center for Spirituality, Theology and Health, and holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Wesley Theological Seminary.
